Dear 4RM Caring parents and students,
First of all, Ms. E and I would like to say a big THANK YOU for the thoughtful and heartwarming gift. The notes from each student filled our hearts and reminded us of what we do what we do. Thank. You. Thank you to our wonderful class mom ( and all the other parents) for putting our mini celebration together. The students loved sharing their wishes and it was lovely to see. We wish you a blessed holiday with you and your loved ones. May it be nothing short of full of love, health and everything cinnamony. :) Love, Reem Dear 4RMs,
Before we head off on to our winter break, I am aiming on having all the students on to Google Classroom so that once we are back, we can be using it regularly. In order for us to use this, students will need to download the Google Classroom App on their iPads and bring it in at least once this week. The way students can access the classroom is by getting on the Google Classroom App (or if students don't have their devices yet then onto the Google Classroom website at home). Once they get there, students will need to log in using their Google usernames and passwords. These are in the front cover of their daily diarie. After that, they would need to enter our 4RM class code which is : we0nivg After the students have entered the code, they will have access to our online classroom :) Please do let me know if you have any questions. Dear caring 4RMs,
As we approach the end of the first term, nothing would sound more fit than to celebrate and show our appreciation towards each other. Our class celebration will be taking place on Tuesday, December 13th at 1:00 pm to 1:30pm. It will take a different form this year. Students have chosen names of another student today for which they will be preparing a little token of appreciation to exchange on the 13th. Each student could ( but doesn't have to) use a max of 10 Dhs to buy something. We spoke today about if they chose to buy something, it could be to prepare a little hand-made something :) Here is a cool link that shows a few DIY: https://www.pinterest.com/explore/thank-you-gifts/ Many of you were asking if there will be any food. If anyone would like to volunteer to bring in a little something please let Chris and I know. This is NOT a requirement, we are trying to shift away from the focus on food. But, a little treat would be nice. Some parents asked if they could bring something small as cookies. That seems fine, but that way we would have one person bring in exsactly 23 cookies :) Hope this clarifies things, please do let me know if you have any questions! Thanks! Reem |
